Faces of Hope Foundation
I had the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community with Faces of Hope. I was passionate about my work, and the awareness it raised for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, elder abuse, child abuse, and stalking to receive free services. In my position as Marketing Specialist I developed skills in digital marketing, communications, and project management.

This advertisement was featured in Boise State University’s 2021 football program. The project was part of the Not In Our Community campaign designed to raise awareness for survivors.
Genesis Marketing Internship
During fall 2020, I worked as a digital marketing intern at a marketing agency in Spokane, Washington. It was a great experience! I gained confidence that I was in the right field, because I loved the work that I was doing. I was challenged to create content for a wide range of clients, all that were new to me at the time that I was given the project.

The second campaign that I did for this client was on supporting other local businesses in their area. It was my favorite project that I worked on during my time with this internship. I learned the stories and backgrounds of amazing businesses and their owners.

I helped create gratitude themed content for this client during the month of November. I also helped with idea generation for the November calendar on their website. See my posts for Nov 12th-20th!

Guardian Home Roofing
I helped get the word out about Guardian Home’s Halo Project. This campaign is something that they are very passionate about, so this project was very rewarding. You can find more about my work on their social media pages!

Washington State University course work
I loved my time as a student. Throughout the years I have had classes that were engaging, passionate professors that guided me, and I created some class work I am proud of. Below are a few of those.

Gender Inequalities
I really enjoyed my coursework while I was in Spain. It was very interesting to learn about each concept from an American perspective and compare that to a Spaniards’ experience. This paper was my favorite, because it is a very pressing topic. I am very passionate about equality, so I found it to be very beneficial to learn the history of women in sports.
Student Newsletter
This project was great because there was another component aside from a final paper. I loved being able to showcase our research in a different way. I also was very happy with the topic we landed on as it was something that we could all relate to. I also enjoyed interviewing other students to gain their perspective on this topic.
Franchising Internationally
Working on this project was fun, because I learned more about Taco Bell than I ever thought I would. I also gained an understanding of franchising and expanding a business internationally, which I also love to learn about. The combination of these two topics made for a semester that was never dull!
Marketing Campaign
Last but not least, my favorite project I did while in college! My internship really helped me tap into my creative side, so this project was a great outlet for many ideas I had. I love fashion, so I enjoyed applying my marketing skills to this industry. You can click on the photo to see the mock t shirt company I created!
